Lead Service Delivery Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure solutions for our Fortune 500 and mid-market client base across Denver and Dallas markets. Work with Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware vSphere, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure architectures
- Implement automation and monitoring solutions across hybrid environments
- Lead technical client consultations and project implementations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practice documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with enterprise infrastructure design
- Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, and Infrastructure as Code tools
- Strong client communication and project management skills

Service Delivery Engineer (Dallas)

- Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
- Develop security policies and incident response procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in cybersecurity or information security
- Security+ certification required, CISSP or CISM preferred
- Experience with threat detection tools and incident response
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk assessment

Support Engineer
Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for our managed IT services clients. Resolve complex technical issues, maintain service level agreements, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms
- Troubleshoot network, server, and application issues
- Maintain documentation and track incidents in ticketing system
- Collaborate with engineering team on complex technical challenges
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in technical support or help desk role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking
- Experience with RMM tools and ticketing systems
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred
